IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS In response to the operational directives regarding the Covid-19 emergency that were issued by the Missouri Supreme Court on May 16, 2020, attorneys will be prohibited from scheduling any in-person proceeding at this time through the Court’s website. Once a determination has been made that it is appropriate to resume courtroom proceedings, online requests will resume. In the interim, any scheduling request can be sent via email to Tracy Wells at tracy.wells@courts.mo.gov. Approved requests will be conducted through a teleconference, or if preferred, a video conference. Attorneys conducting proceedings through teleconference are directed to first contact one another by phone and then dial Judge Whyte directly at (314) 622-4729. In the event the parties prefer a video conference, attorneys are required to email Tracy Wells in order to receive the instructions for participating in a video conference via Cisco Webex.
