In response to the operational directives regarding the Covid-19 emergency that were issued by the Missouri Supreme Court on May 16, 2020, attorneys will be prohibited from scheduling any in-person proceeding at this time through our website. Once a determination has been made that it is appropriate to resume courtroom proceedings, online requests will resume. In the interim, any scheduling request can be sent via email to Tracy Wells at tracy.wells@courts.mo.gov. Approved requests will be conducted either as a video conference, or if preferred, a teleconference. Attorneys conducting proceedings through Webex will use the link provided below to connect with Judge Connolly on the scheduled date and time. If a teleconference is preferred, attorneys are required to email Tracy Wells with contact numbers of ALL PARTIES IN THE CASE. Thank you in advance for your cooperation during this time.
